1. Check-in is from 3 pm and Check-out by 12 noon. Late Check-out may be considered & subject to availability.
2. For bookings made via online, e-mail or phone, upon confirmation, guests
are required to pay RM50 a non refundable deposit.
3. We do not provide daily room housekeeping. Nonetheless, Guests are
required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is.
4. Cooking facilities are available upon request with minimum charges. No pork allowed.
5. No footwears are allowed within the Homestay.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. No Alcoholic beverages allowed.
8. STRICTLY, no carrying or consuming ILLICIT DRUGS within the Homestay.
9. The Homestay is a non smoking area, however, smokers are allowed to utilise the open area outside the premises (including balcony).
10. We reserve the right to decline a booking or refuse entry to accomodate any person(s) or group who in our opinion, are not suitable to occupy our premises. In this case, no reason will need to be given and the contract shall be discharge without further liability on either party.
11. The Homestay reserves the right to change or delete any of the info in this website whenever appropriate without any prior notice.
12. Any damages on asset in The Homestay during rental is under customer cost.
13. NO SMOKING inside Homestay, penalti charge RM100 is smoking detected. Balcony is allowed as smoking area.
